  This is a terrible school. This is supposed to be a trauma unit but they make the trauma worse. I know someone who witnessed the director choking a student while the student was in a restraint defenseless. Also this school feeds the students mostly carbohydrates everyday with very little exercise opportunities. The residential counselors get fired because they are being actually kind to the students. Another thing is students try to advocate for themselves and speak up for what they need and they don't listen. Also they don't let student express themselves about how their feeling whenever a student tries to everyone says you have to talk to your clinician about how you feel. Some kids have clinicians that barely meet with them. I also know someone who was threatened by the assistant director saying that they will keep them here longer if they make threats. They legally aren't allowed to do that. Either way just don't go to this place. Don't even go near it.
